This was our first time in Cale Cod and we are very happy with the experience. The property location is excellent - right on the (private) beach, seconds away from our room. The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. Every question or request was addressed promptly. Check in was smooth and our room was available before 4 PM which allowed us to fully take advantage of the first day. We left Cape Cod feeling grateful for the experience and will definitely be back. If dates align, we will be back in the same hotel.

We had a nice time off-season. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, but there was plenty to do in the area. The property is in great shape, and the staff were very nice. The outdoor hot tub was closed, that would have been nice, and the indoor pool was a little cold, but all in all, we had a great time and would stay again.

Expedia bookers beware. I thought I was booking an ocean view studio. Once there, in the offseason, I was assigned a room in a dark corner with no view. When asked, I was then re-assigned a slightly better unit with no view facing the wall of the indoor pool in the courtyard. I was told that third party bookers were assigned first come first served rooms and none were available with an ocean view. I checked again the following day and the staff member was able to move me to a third room with a beautiful ocean view. Barely any people there. The room was great with a kitchenette and a patio. However, if you book via Expedia, I recommend calling the place to make sure you are getting what you think you are booking. I would not stay again, even though the final room was nice.
