    Great stay

    Great hotel - staff were excellent, very modern rooms, and great facilities. Great location, although a little out of the way if you're doing the main NYC tourist sights. Loads of restaurants and bars close by, as well as Chelsea Market. No Spa, even though its listed on Hotels.com!

    Lovely room with very comfy bed on third floor with the added bonus of a small deck, unfortunately the bulb was out. A little Maintanence needed as we almost got locked in the bathroom every time due to faulty handle. No information given about NYC or surrounding area in the room but reception staff were able to give good info. Roof top bar and pool but expensive and pool was having reface. Great location with easy access to Highline, lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

    Run down. Great if you’re 18-25

    The hotel has a popular club but as a result is catered to that crowd. There are sexy knickers for sale in the bathroom at $20, hangover cures, $9 bottles of water etc etc. The rooms are a little run down, my bathroom Mirror was cracked, the wood on the bed was chipped and there were stains of god Knows what on the armchair. Great if you want to get into the club otherwise I’d stay elsewhere.
