Service was awful. Key card didn’t work so had to go back and get another. Also one towel in the room, so had to get more. Then when we had just had our showers, one member of staff let themselves into our room! We shouted and they left but then came back to ask us if we’d checked in… we had and with that same member of staff. So it made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe so popped a chair infront the door at night. We couldn’t leave quick enough in the morning and had no apology so very disappointed.

Good room, nice and warm with an oiled filled radiator to assist the room heating. Even though it was right in the middle of the services, the room was quiet, and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast wasn't in house but in the services area. Good breakfast, but I would recommend getting the take away option as the area was quite cold.

Room / check in etc. were fine - but other guests were very noisy between around 1 and 2am - slamming doors, talking loudly and even a dog barking. I was too tired to go to reception to complain but had hoped a staff member would hear and ask them to quieten down.
