The room was great . But I have to ask to change the towels . Spent 3 nights and last night was terrible because after midnight until 2 people on the hallways make noise . We left very early to the airport. . But the hotel is amazing , food, staff . Very noise this morning . People arriving from parties , but no respect to the guest .

Really exceptional hotel. The pool area overlooking the lake gives the city a much more open and relaxing feel. The rooms are spacious, the balconies are large, and everything feels bright and airy. Very clean as well. One thing I would have liked to see improved was the food selection at the breakfast and lunch buffets. There were many pork options, but not everyone can eat pork due to religious or dietary restrictions. More chicken or fish options would have been appreciated. I also think an iron or steamer should come standard in the room. The staff did provide one when I requested it, but it would have been more convenient to already have it available. Small amenities such as slippers, extra towels, cotton swabs, a toothbrush, and mini toothpaste are usually included in most 5-star hotels, so it was a little surprising that they weren’t provided here. Not a deal breaker at all, but those details would have made the stay even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and if I return to Brasília, I would definitely stay here again.

A crítica vai para a comida do restaurante, pouca opções no buffet self-service, carnes duras e muito passadas (filé bovino duro ressecado, frango idem). Comida sem tempero! Não vá esperando encontrar um hotel cinco estrelas de ponta. Parece mais um 4 estrelas melhorado. O almoço de sábado (feijoada) estava incrível. Mas o de domingo estava horrível. Nível de qualquer restaurante self-service. O café da manhã é excelente, assim como os quartos. Em algumas instalações nota-se que o hotel é antigo e precisa de reforma e melhores cuidados. Ponto alto do hotel: a localização (beira do lago) e a vista.
