Beautiful and well run Agritourism location. With stunning views, excellent location for exploring and warm hosts Tenuta Guardastelle is a perfect choice for exploring Tuscany. We spent six nights in a beautifully appointed traditional apartment enjoying meals and a glass of wine while we soaked in the Tuscan countryside. San Gimigmano is busy with tourist buses during the day but calms at night. Get off the main streets during the day and find small excellent cafes. If you have a car explore the quiet towns and vineyards and soak up the Tuscan hospitality.

We stayed in a lovely self catering cottage. It was adequately equipped but missing little things like salt and pepper, sugar They do offer wine tasting and vineyard tours and they’re quite expensive. The special dinner was rather ho hum for the price but it was convenient. Yhe pool was clean and chilly! It’s normally closed by mid October so the temperature was no surprise ( guessing around 65F) The views and the surrounding countryside are priceless. Well worth it!
