The rooms were comfortable and practical for our 1 week stay. All of the staff was genuinely warm, helpful and welcoming. The chef Carolina made delicious Brazilian croquettes for breakfast and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all the other people, but the service was excellent. Laundry machines were useful and in good condition. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and we had an excellent view of the city. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We were quite amazed by the concept and loved it. The speakers are an amazing feature. Room is very cozy and the breakfast with a Brazilian touch is awesome. Jully and Jessica were very kind, helpful and amazing hosts. Just one idea: reading lamps close to the bed. If one wants to read at night in bed it’s quite difficult with the current room lighting.

Overall a very nice stay in a brand new hotel/room (Copacabana). Spotlessly clean & very courteous staff. A couple of U stations 5-10 minutes walk away & a regular 5-10 minute journey into the city centre. The room would benefit from bedside reading lights & a toaster in the kitchenette. I thought this place was great! Comfortable beds, cute little chair, very convenient technology (like Chromecast on the TV and Bluetooth built into the bathroom mirror). Clean, quiet, cute. It's a bit remote from the city center, but a public transportation station is only like a 10 minute walk in either direction. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel

My husband and I spent two weeks at Rioca and we were not disappointed. The staff were super friendly and accommodating ( special thanks to Erika , Sebastian and Anna ) The room had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Location was great and had amazing views from the seventh floor restaurant and bar ( food and drinks were fab! ) few mins walk to the U-Bahn and Rewe Supermarket which was convenient . Next time we are in Frankfurt this will be our spot.
