The Arch London
The Arch--Simply Extraordinary!
The Arch in Marylebone, London was exceptional! From the outside, the property is stately and pristine. The interior of the hotel--the lobby, den, library and hallways, restaurant, and restrooms--is elegant, comfortable, cozy, and beautifully appointed with artwork, furniture, fire places and furnishing. The staff from the maintenance and housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant are top-notch--friendly, well-informed and accommodating--especially, Dayne, concierge, Werner, porter/bellman/coachman , and Norbert, concierge. Our room was quant and bright with an extremely comfortable bed and linens, and roomy for all of the belongings we brought and those that we bought while in London; the en-suite bathroom was luxurious with a double sink, rain shower, and tub with a flat-screen TV, oversized towels and plenty of counter space. Our week-long stay was everything we could have asked for and we cannot wait to return to The Arch!

Happy Customers
We visited London for a show and decided to make a weekend of it and stay overnight. After some searching decided to book at 'The Arch' and we are very glad we did. We were made more than welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, kind and gracious staff, good food and drink, very pleasant surrounds. You could say the room was the same as any other hotel (hey it is a box with a bed and bathroom in it) but there was something about the room at 'The Arch' that felt homely. A bonus was the TV in the bathroom, after a long day walking around Oxford Street it was nice to kick back in the bath, glass of bubbly and watch a bit of TV (oh and I am a big guy and it was nice to have towels supplied that actually wrap round my waist and stay put, another bonus) Would we recommend 'The Arch', definitely. We will return.
