very convenient and comfortable.
Very convenient hotel, close to Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT), a subway line and lots of convenience stores. Breakfast can be busy, so get down to the breakfast area early. One morning we had nowhere to sit and there was literally nothing but salad and coffee left. This was to be replenished soon afterwards, but we had already left for Lawsons for a breakfast snack. Staff speak good English.

Hotel at convenient location
Good hotel, provides free shuttle every morning to Tokyo train station. Not so great breakfast offered, changes every alter days, only sausages and eggs provided from hot meals.

A convenient location to explore the city from, pretty quiet and although the room was small, it was still pretty good value.

Just the job.
We stayed here as a cheaper option for New Years Eve since we figured we just needed a bed to crash on for a few hours. The hotel was a bit out of the way, however you can't really blame the hotel for that. For the budget, it was more than satisfactory. The room was small as we expected, however it was clean, tidy and had everything you would need for a few nights stay. The free shuttle bus to Tokyo Station was very useful. We would definitely recommend this hotel for someone after a comfy bed at a reasonable price.

Small comfortable rooms great for a weekend.
Rooms were small but comfortable. The A/C and dehumidifier had English instructions and was wonderful to have. The bed was a firm futon so the hotel is better for shorter (3 day or less). Good hotel for a weekend trip. :)
