Everything was good, location was good. Facilities and rooms were great. Only thing that let the whole trip down that wasn’t addressed was the check-in... was slow, staff member was not welcoming.. did not talk through any of the facilities, so unfortunately does not make you start on the best foot... just demanded ID and credit card- didn’t even tell me the amount of deposit or anything.. she was short and glasses unfortunately didn’t catch her name..

Great for the L.A. live complex and staple centre BUT enquire if the hotel has a conference on because if the do they close down the bar areas and coffee areas in the day from residents on ground level - including the washrooms !!!! - no one informed us on booking nor when checked in !! Also on the web site they state all bars are open 7 days a week . This is not the case .

Big room and great facilities
Title says it all. Friendly staff and the gym was well equipped. One downfall was that I did find the room decor and bathroom style was a bit dated. However, the size of the room was big. Staff was friendly but would be useful if they asked if the customer would need to use wifi and that they offer complimentary wifi. I paid a couple days of wifi and then realised that the hotel offers complimentary wifi via someone else staying there as well. Unfortunately, I was not informed when I checked into the hotel.

Disappointed
I would like to complain about the white cover on my bed. It was disgusting! Brown spots underneath like it hasn’t been washed in months. This was my only complaint but I will definitely not be staying here again due to this issue.
