Hotel Rialto
Very Good8.0
This is a greatlocation which is min reason why we booed it. Nearby multistory carpark 16cdollars per 24 hours. is easy to find and negotiate. However at that price I would expect spare bed settee to be already made up for my son as room we booked was for upto 4 people. While they did come and make it I thought they let themselves down. Cmplimentary cheeseboard was nice gesture and nice cheese!

Comfortable and great location
Our room was quite smal but still clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The bar is great and we enjoyed our complimentary cheese plate. Great location central to Victoria. Parked in the Centennial Square Parkade just a minute walk from the hotel and only paid $1.50 overnight.

Highly recommended
Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful especially Hannah and Derek. Being English we love our tea in the morning and Hannah made sure we had a kettle in the room. Breakfast was lovely on both mornings and very relaxed. Enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant on the first evening great food and excellent service. Great location for everything especially the Royal and McPherson Theatre where we were going on our second night to see our favourite Canadian Band in concert (The Tea Party).

Excellent hotel in good location
We had a lovely stay at the Rialto, the hotel was great, clean, tidy, great rooms, good location and good value for money. We enjoyed walking into town and down to the waterfront. The staff were also excellent from ensuring we had our room on arrival (with our toddler) to extra requests, they couldn't do enough. We would definitely stay again.

Great location
Great location just right next to the Chinese town and takes little as 10-15 min walk to the downtown. Parking needs little improvement. Offside parking (public parking) is easily gets full so only choice is valet. Valet was also inconvenient because every time takes 20 min in advance notice to pull my car out. Service is amazingly good.
