Comfortable and great location
Our room was quite smal but still clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The bar is great and we enjoyed our complimentary cheese plate. Great location central to Victoria. Parked in the Centennial Square Parkade just a minute walk from the hotel and only paid $1.50 overnight.

Highly recommended
Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful especially Hannah and Derek. Being English we love our tea in the morning and Hannah made sure we had a kettle in the room. Breakfast was lovely on both mornings and very relaxed. Enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant on the first evening great food and excellent service. Great location for everything especially the Royal and McPherson Theatre where we were going on our second night to see our favourite Canadian Band in concert (The Tea Party).

Excellent hotel in good location
We had a lovely stay at the Rialto, the hotel was great, clean, tidy, great rooms, good location and good value for money. We enjoyed walking into town and down to the waterfront. The staff were also excellent from ensuring we had our room on arrival (with our toddler) to extra requests, they couldn't do enough. We would definitely stay again.

Nice but noisy
Nice hotel, however it suffers from traffic noise being on a busy junction

Nice Hotel
Touring Vancouver Island by car so needed a hotel with a car park. The Rialto has a locked compound which was ideal. A well appointed comfortable hotel within easy walking district of waterfront but it is on the edge of the area where there are many homeless. The wine bar is a lovely venue, though ( as in BC generally) the wine is expensive.
