    Sorry but I wouldn't stay again can't fault the staff they wer amazing so glad it was for one night or I'd have to leave.. The bed was hard very uncomfortable and the food was terrible.. 12.95 for fish and chips fish was flat and breaded wasn't white inside was grey was def frozen a few oven chips and frozen tasteless peas.. Desert was sticky toffee pudding microwaved piping hot and hard in parts was rotten

    All round positive with room for improvement

    The staff were all friendly and welcoming and check in was a breeze. The room was clean, modern and bright which was nice. My main issue was that there were 2 sets of sockets in the room that didn't work and both were by the beds which was inconvenient. Also the towels were very thin. The three things that always stand out to me in a hotel experience are the beds, the shower and the towels. The bed was good, the shower was great but the towels were very poor.

    Confused

    We was for romantic weekend with girlfriend and I was contracted with hotel staff week ago they promised to put bottle of champagne to our room but when we arrived nothing was there and staff was too busy for talk so we was going to the shop and bought it. Room was amazing

    Usually brilliant but not this time !!!

    We had booked a 4 night stay because we were visiting family due to my brother and niece passing away so wasnt a break away on the first night we couldnt make it due to a hospital appointment so the second night we arrived and even though i tried to ring to explain why we couldnt come until the next day the whole break was cancelled so when we arrived at around 10.30pm we were told this after travelling 3 hours there was a lovely guy called Karl who when I told what we were going through he went out of his way to sort something out but we still had to pay for the first night of£92 .on the night time it was very noisy and could sleep due to selfish people talking late at nigh in the hallways .The breakfasts were terrible we were only allowed 1 bacon or sausage barm everyday of our stay due to lack of food no waffle mix no bananas very limited breakfast .We are back again next week for the funeral so hoping that we have a different experience then

    Best hotel for Liverpool Airport

    The staff were very helpful throughout my staff and nothing was a problem. I parked in long stay by mistake and reception fixed this out very quickly for me. The hotel was very clean and tidy with facilities all very well organised. Rooms again very clean and tidy.
