Whether it is Apollo or Expedia at the end of the day an error in the system caused me to be billed $214 for a room I never checked in for and corrected the error in 10 minutes but both were adamant I should pay for this error. I hope all readers of this realize what type of business practise and ethics they are dealing in these companies. I have never been treated like this in in Europe or North America hotel in 40 years. I treat people like I wish to be treated and both will lose thousands of dollars a travellers read this.
