No check in help. stairs! Good view. Thats all.
Almost impossible to find. Horrible to drive to. Do not stay here unless you can climb and drag your own luggage up stairs. Not for older people and we are late 40s early 50s. Extremely cramped. Literally no help. One person at the desk and they did nothing. Wonderful view of Alhambra.

Amazing location and Alhambra views from a beautifully renovated house-turned-hotel built while Columbus was discovering the new world. Parking available if you can survive the drive there without getting lost or stuck. We barely did.

Excellent value and great location
What an old world gem this is! The location is wonderful and the ambiance was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we loved the historic feel of this hotel. Staff was very helpful with restaurants, booking a tour at Alhambra, and securing a taxi for the airport. We enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel (additional fee).

Perfect for our visit to Alhambra and Granada.
The service and friendliness here could not be beat. We had the best room, at the top of the hotel, with views of The Alhambra out multiple sides of our room. The hotel is historic, very very beautiful, and literally the best location for a visit to Alhambra. Right out the door you have the Albaicin neighborhood, filled with wonderful restaurants, and again, amazing views. We had a great time at this hotel!!

Staying at the hotel was okay but finding the hotel was a horrible experience. Don't follow the google map. Your car will be squeezed between the narrow path. Don't follow the hotel's instruction. You will face the dead end.
