The Hotel is overall very clean. Very quite and the facilities are good especially the poolside bed. The location is super convenient. All within walking distance. Old town only cross a short distance bridge. I like The Signature Hotel. The staff are all very friendly and polite. The breakfast is good too. I should say this was one of my comfortable stay. Over the course of the week we stayed here, we were constantly impressed with the staff in all areas, and by the calm elegance of the hotel. Two outstanding features are the well-maintained and refreshing pool, and the bountiful breakfast bar. Special thanks to Ms. Lieu at reception, who organized tickets and transportation for us very warmly and efficiently. The hotel is superbly placed to be near the Ancient Town, while still being very quiet at night. A fantastic voice and a memorable stay. Cam on, cac ban!

I had a wonderful stay at Signature Hoi An. The room was spotless, and the staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. My only suggestions relate to the bathroom area. The sink/vanity space could benefit from additional lighting and a hand towel bar for added convenience. The shower area would also be improved with a couple of extra shelves for personal toiletries.
