6/10 Good

Don’t stay for more than one night or if you have lots of luggage. No storage space near your capsule, mandatory check out everyday, even if you stay multiple nights, ¥500/hour fee for not checking out. Huge hassle.

Great showers and bathrooms. Linen very clean. Can be noisy at night because of the area it is in and people coming in middle of the night drunk etc.

6/10 Good

OK if on a pub crawl and young.
Only good for a 1 night stay when exploring Tokyo until the early hours of the morning - not restful but a good roof over one's head to get a rest, get clean and get ready for a flight home or move onto another city. Busy with such like minded guests so dont expect more than 4-5 hours sleep. Also if over 6ft tall........ a little cramped. Overall would do again but for 1 night only.

8/10 Very good

We tried out the capsule hotel for the experience. The complaints are just general ones that would pertain to any capsule hotel: no privacy and it was noisy. I think that as far as capsule hotels go this one was probably very good. We didn’t like the part of Shinjuku this was located in.
