Blissful
Great few days at the resort. Had Pat Cash providing tennis lessons and there were other activities throughout the day to keep us occupied. Would recommend getting out and seeing the real St Vincent, a completely different contrast to the resort. Would recommend and stay at the resort again.

Pay your workers so hotel will not shutdown
Firstly the compound itself is BEAUTIFUL!! The MANAGEMENT NEEDS to do the necessary to upkeep it, the workers can only do so much. The room/villa I stayed in is at the back of the property it was really nice but the bed was VERY lumpy, I am still in pain and in need of a physiotherapist, when I spoke to them about it and asked if the mattress can be changed they said "no". They NEED better markers on the ground leading to the rooms so guest will not always get lost. (We did three times) The food was GREAT but there is so much issues with management that the workers are now disgruntled and it shows in some of them (It is very unfair they work and don't get paid for two months) The bar could have been better. There is a LOVELY coffee shop on the compound but on the last day of my stay they shutdown due to all the workers not wanting to work it

Nice hotel but...
Hotel was great but neighbourhood was run down. The hotel guest services were not helpful. When we checked in we were told that there will be an orientation the next day. There was none. In addition we lost an opportunity to go on one of the few activities offered. Taxi fares were exorbitent and staff did not have any advice / help for booking any activities other than the restricted few offered. There are only a few days some of the restaurants open and the food from the italian restuarant was overcooked and salty. The Wifi signal drops frequently throughout the facility. The hotel if self was well maintained and clean.
