The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate requests. The food was immpecible and youd leave after gaining a few kilos. The field rangers and stable rangers showed us the local wildlife with gest- definitely do the Signature horse rise and the conservation tour. The kids loved the Wolgan rangers too. The heated swimming pool inside each villa is a lovely addition although it doesn't look as large as in the photos. The only thing to improve upon is the communication between the concierge to us as messages are missed about where to meet or if the activities are still on (due to weather conditions) but otherwise this has been a great short vacation. 👍

Wonderful Stay. unparalleled experience
This hotel/location is mindblowingly beautiful. The quality of the accommodation is top notch, the service is excellent and the location is unequalled. The weather was a little volatile, but the fireplace and aircon always kept the villa at the perfect temperature. The bathroom is beautiful with a fabulous large bath and a beautiful shower with a large skylight above. The room was very clean and well serviced. The included mini bar is a nice touch and the staff were happy to stock up with any extras required. My only critique would be that the bed is a little soft, but that's my personal preference. The restaurant food is terrific and the ambience enhances every meal. We felt bad leaving the kids at home and will look to book again and bring them along.
