Another poor experience
We are currently in Winter and would you believe that the heating wasn't working in my room! No phones in the room so tried to ring reception on my mobile. Everytime I ended up being connected to Central booking after ring the Hotel direct number. I had to go down to reception to report the lack of heating. Then I had to go back to reception because the TV remote didn't work. Every time I stay at this hotel, there is always something that is wrong or just not working.
