The hotel is well located, staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel does not provide in-house breakfast. Vouchers were given to the guests and the locations of the breakfast providers are about 5~10 mins walk. The room is tiny, about 5m by 5m, not much available space to put your luggage if more than 1 person stay in the room. The issue i have is with hotel.com. The photos shown in hotel.com were misleading and my room does not have a window.

The hotel is very clean, quiet and in a great location. The staff is helpful and patiently explained how to find things. Free drinks and snacks is a great touch. It is an easy walk to shopping, MRT train and lots of great restaurants and people around. The MRT was easy to figure out coming from the airport. That can save you money and a fun ride. I’ll definitely book this hotel next time I come.

This hotel is brilliant

A very well run hotel in a central location All amenities provided at this gem of a hotel. The free treats like ice lollies is a nice touch but the staff are also highly professional and extremely friendly. I read reviews that describe the rooms as small, I fiound them to be of a good size and i was impressed with its decor, newness and layout. Its very clever how they use space here.I had access to everything I needed.

Excellent choice in a newer facility steps from ximen. Lots of dining options downstairs including 24 hour options. Room is small (Japanese/Asian standard) but very clean and modern. Just not much room to open two luggage at once. But compared to other options in ximen, this is an excellent brand/choice. Decent soundproofing and excellent water pressure and a/c. Douglas (thinner male) at the front desk during the day and early evening hours, was extremely helpful and reflects some of the best customer service my partner and I encountered in Taipei.
