This place is spectacular. Catering to the rainbow community. The staff are excellent and the attention to detail is impressive. This is the first property to open and 3 more are in construction in other locations. 2 pools and spectacular views from the roof.

Room was very spacious. The AC blows directly on the bed, so hard to sleep. Some noise from the neighborhood. Total miss on the staffs part, there was a big protest blocking the road to the airport, causing 2-3 hour delays. They should have told all persons checking out. I had to hear from a friend. However, in general the staff was great.

If one is looking for the Calm Sunday by the pool , this is a party hotel and the vibe of the live DJ sets on sundays are key ! Extremely friendly ADULT only Hotel ! Several return visits booked already !

I loved the experience at this hotel. The place feels brand new and it feels like the experience was truly designed around the travel experience of gay men, which I really enjoyed. I'm sure other members of the LGBT community would find the place welcoming. I will likely be returning to this hotel and would recommend it. However, I likely will ask not to be put in a room that is directly facing that restaurant with the outdoor dining that is right next to the hotel (Coco's kitchen). On one of the nights of my stay they were playing live flamenco pretty loudly and though it ended before 11pm, it was getting a bit annoying after a while because there was no way of escaping it.

The friendliest and most welcoming staff. Amenities were great, they even put balloons up upon request for my husband’s 40th birthday. The hotel is beautiful, great location, very walkable to anything you want, you name it, It was great.

We were super impressed by Tryst and we are so glad another LBGT resort is in PVR. Staff is professional and friendly and accommodating. I needed to do some zoom meetings and asked the waiter if he would keep my coffee full during my meeting and then let me order food after… he totally was chill and accommodated. Amazing pools and so clean. We had the basic king room lower level and it was a shade small but impeccable decor and clean and stylish. Loved that they were so chill and let us check out late without a fuss and no weird fees. On check out, they show you every transaction unlike another LGBT resort here that harasses you for timeshare and adds charges dishonestly. Only feedback is staff gets a bit bossy about cash tips and price was a shade high. But we were super happy and will be back for sure!

I was really impressed with the level of service at this hotel. The staff are curtious, professional and abundant. The property is very modern with a cool interior design in the room. The view from the rooftop pool was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there. One opportuinty for imporvemtn would be the furniture in the room. All of the chairs were so low that I could not get in and out of them. The hotel was gracious enough to lone us a chair from the restaranunt so that I could enjoy the room.

Their staff is the best part of this experience. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Especially as a solo traveler and an introvert, everyone was so warm and friendly From the front desk to the cleaning crew. The construction happening behind the hotel was a bit bothersome, but that's out of their control.

Great New Addition to the PV LGBTQ Hotel Exoerienc

A great stay at a much needed addition to Puerto Vallarta. Perfect location, extremely attentive and helpful staff, and a great vibe. Balcony room had a great view of Banderas Bay. Drag Brunch was tons of fun and great value. They’re still putting on some of the finishing touches for this new property but none of that impacted our stay.
