Great Staff and extremely helpful, particularly with front desk ladies. Both Ms Kha Ly and Ms Phuong were very helpful and professional and giving us directions and making our stay at the Liberty Hotel more enjoyable. I’m giving one star because I booked a room with a city view but was assigned a room facing a wall instead. There was also an unpleasant smell in both the lobby and the room. We experienced issues with the air conditioning as well. While the service from the bell attendant was good , the overall experience did not meet expectations.
