New smart hotel in the centre of the city. Near to transport and all the bars and restaurants you need. The Q-Park is easy to walk from and conveniently located nearby. The hotel is modern and spacious, clean and tidy, although it's disappointing to see the bathroom decoration is already showing some quite bad wear and tear. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and dark during the night. Very little to complain about for the money.

Excellent stay we had 8 nights the room was very clean One thing I did not like was you could not open your windows for fresh air and the heating system was very strange it was always too warm The front reception was amazing The breakfast was very good except on Sunday and Monday they were short on a variety of things as they did not get there delivery as it was a holiday so that need to be sorted as that should not happen Emily the morning Chef made the best eggs and omelettes Amy Pullen and Jessica were very pleasant to deal with also Richard was very helpful thank you for the nice week

Modern and clean hotel - bedroom well appointed and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Great location for the town centre and the Crucible! Breakfast felt a bit scrappy - lot of tables were left with dirty plates etc and a few items seemed to have run out and not been replaced. We visited the bar twice for a nightcap and it was a nice relaxed place for a late drink. Only issue we had was the strength of the scented air in the bedrooms - it was so strong. If you are sensitive to scent then this wouldn't be ideal and I'm not sure why it's necessary!
