The only good thing about this hotel was the swimming pool, which (contrary to the room) was inviting and clean. The room itself was small and dated, and the bathroom was dirty with a shower that was nearly clogged.

Dissapointed
Very average. Breakfast and Wifi included but on the 2nd day you give up on the Wifi and go for breakfast elsewhere. Hotel managers do nothing else but sit in front of the computer screen the whole day and wait for bookings. Towels are old and hard when they eventually get replaced. Hotel is in need of a serious overhaul and the only good thing they got going is the location.

Not what I expected
We were the only people staying at the hotel and yet we didn't get the room we had booked. The shower was incredibly small and any large person would have a problem in it. The location was close to the action, but the problem was the noise factor that went on late into the night. In addition, I specifically picked this hotel because it had laundry facilities. Unfortunately, they didn't have any when we were there. I got over that, but they weren't very helpful in providing an alternative. I am a pretty laid back traveler, but I was definitely surprised between our experience and the other ratings people gave.

Very nice small hotel, great location in the old town of Kalechi, nothing was a problem to the staff, room was cleaned and beds and towels changed daily. Swimming pool was a Hugh bonus. Would certainly use again

Stayed in Hotel Deja Vu in Oct 2014. The hotel is very well located in the old city, right where you want to be. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but comfortable.

Pool of tranquility in a sea of chaos
Quaint, small hotel in the middle of the old city. Great manager and staff. It is hard to find if driving oneself, the old city is a maze of little streets. So find the old city and then ask a merchant for directions to Hotel. Good breakfast and lots of restaurants near by.
