Lovely Stay
Lovely staff in the restaurant and reception, very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, particularly the bathroom grouting very clean. Room was a nice size and comfy bed too. Would definitely use the hotel again if coming to that area. Thank you for lovely stay. Food very good in restaurant too and breakfast excellent.

Good hotel, bad location
Hotel was nice, food was nice, staff were friendly. If you could pick the hotel up and put it somewhere else would be great as it is in the middle of nowhere. Cost us £30 one way to get a taxi into Bournemouth. Hotel and rooms are very hot. Breakfast was good but something needs to be done about the self service bit, maybe include the bar space as lots of people trying to get into a tiny space was a bit of a joke.

Exceptional 10.0
Exceptional hotel with staff who really care.
On arrival at this lovely hotel we asked for a room with an outside balcony, as I explained that we had spent a day traveling was struggling with a head cold and enjoyed sitting outside to assist my breathing, we were informed the hotel was full, and as we had not specified initially a room with a balcony we accepted this could not take place. The room allocated was on the ground floor near to the hotels function room as the hotel was holding a private Birthday party during the evening It soon became apparent that the noise from this function was going to impact on us in our room for a number of hours. Initially I was informed by reception that there were no other rooms available, however after talking with the polite and professional manager who understood fully the situation he then went out of his way to make a room available. The rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable firm beds and excellent bedding. We ate in the bar restaurant during our evenings stay and enjoyed good quality food. At extremely reasonable prices. The following morning the breakfast was wonderful with an array of foods to choose from. The staff are genuinely friendly and you are made to feel welcome. After our initial blip, the hotel staff ensured that the rest of our stay was lovely.
