Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'd booked this hotel for 2 nights as I was attending a wedding at Matara across the road. Literally 3 minute walk! The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was a little tired, and the water pressure in the shower wasnt the best however, it did the job and the temperature was lovely. I'd happily stay again, and would recommend.

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable and it's really well located for wedding venues. We were able to check in ahead of 2pm which was really helpful. Our room was roadside and was really loud with lorries going past, even on a bank holiday Sunday morning. The radiator also turned on at 3am and made the most awful noise which woke us up!

The room was clean and the bed very comfy but the whole place needs a bit of TLC. The headboard was so worn out it really needs to be replaced. The breakfast was ok but lukewarm as was the coffee, was better on the 2nd morning but was missing hash browns. The staff were very nice and helpful and the pub got very busy in the evening with locals. Overall it just needs some money spent on it to make it more appealing.
