Great location, good facilities. Staff are relatively friendly but not too knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It’s a busy hotel and can be a little noisy at night.

Despite arriving at night time we had to wait for our room, it wasn’t ready (?). No help with luggage. We stayed in one of the suites, spacious but terrible lighting. Very comfortable bed and plenty of toiletries. Cleaners did a good job. The staff service was inexistent, we were never welcomed by any of the staff, no good mornings, nothing. The clubbing in the hotel makes the whole experience a lot worse. Only stay in Hollywood if you need to. The area is really ugly and feels dangerous. No nice coffee shops or places for breakfast. All in all a very disappointing experience. We are now staying at the W South Beach in Miami and there’s no comparison!

Perfect stay, everything about this hotel was incredible. Stayed for 6 nights on our visit to LA and couldn’t recommend enough. Staff were more than accommodating, room was clean and modern with great view of Hollywood. Location was perfect for seeing all the attractions of Los Angeles.

Immediately adjacent to public transport (underground and bus stops). On the same block as the airport transfer shuttle (FlyAway). Fantastic lobby. Helpful staff. Amazing rooms.

Perfect for some, not for me.
There’s lots of plus points for this hotel, if you’re after the party scene in Hollywood then it’s spot on. They’ve nice bars in situ and a decent pool (with weekend pool parties) and your in the area of decent nightlife. Rooms were great, big, clean and comfy beds. The down side for me was the service. meaning, everything in this hotel is extra or is about making money, the pool area has waited beds however the waitress don’t tent to bother if you’re not spending obscene amounts for bottles etc, for the amount you pay i’d expect a little more service / included like you come to expect from large US hotels.
