Everything about the property was absolutely great. Our only minor issue was the cleaning of the room could have been better....we were left toiletries for one when there were two of us and the room was not properly hoovered....good job we were clean!

I just felt that having a 7 day stay does not mean that the cleaning can go lesser or more relaxed. On the 4th day onwards I felt the room was not cleaned more like just tidy up and renewing of towel. Called the room service for 2 straws to be sent to the room but no one turned up. Pillows were really small and bed spring could byle heard everytime we turned around. The only good thing about the hotel is it's location. Everything is near by and assessible.

Noise at night bevlcause There is a night club at night that stays on till 3am, dirty room, broken chair, dirty pillow cases and dirt and dust in the whole room.

Great hotel and staff near the metro
Very efficiently run hotel. Great customer care from all the staff. Enjoyed my stay. They understand you are on holiday so you get to have a lie in without being disturbed. Good pool and free clean towel. A few minutes away from metro so could get to the beach and Dubai shopping mall. Wish I had booked for a longer stay. Weather perfect

Handy location with great staff
Great location, just next to Burjuman metro station, and shopping centre. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms, hallways, lobby, pool ares are always clean and fresh looking.

Nice hotel, close to burjuman metro station.
Overall nice stay at hotel for five nights. Big size and clean room, lots of options in complimentary buffet breakfast. Hotel is walkable from burjuman metro station. In metro you can reach Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa, Meena bazaar, gold souk, mall of the Emirates etc, easy and economic way of transportation compared to taxi or private vehicles.
