Overnight stay
I stayed at the heathlands hotel on Sunday night and the comfort of the bed was terrible as the pillows were thick and too high for me but everything else was good

Adequate
Receptionist not very personable, didn't give any info on meal or breakfast and any extra services, only thing she said was had to leave by 10am. In the wrong job. Room quite small and TV mounted in wrong position to view it in comfort wasn't adjustable. Bathroom extractor quite noisy.

Poor heating
Their services were good but poor heating in most of their rooms. It was almost as if there was no heating in the room even after the porter tried helping with a blanket.

Service was great - very helpful staff. There was virtually no hot water - both the sink and shower (room 318). Nice atmosphere.
