    Couldn't recommend anymore!!
Great couple of nights stay. Really helpful reception staff, especially when we had car problems on the last day. Its a mile or so from Sonoma square where there are lots of great tasting rooms and restaurants. The rooms are a good size and the hotel facilities were great value for money. A great breakfast as well. Would definitely recommend it.

    A bit of Paradise
Booked this on line whilst on a road trip in the USA - the room etc looked brilliant so my initial reaction on seeing the place was "have I come to the wrong place" as it was painted brown and looked a bit dowdy - realised after entering reception and seeing my room that it was to blend in to the background. Only stayed 2 nights and wished it were longer - we had a room with 2 queen beds with the most comfortable luxurious mattresses - we're tall but we had to practically jump to get on the beds. There were 2 recliner armchairs and we had a terrace with table and chairs. There was a wardrobe with shelves and a safe - and a huge space for placing suitcases which didn't infringe on the room at all. There was plenty of drawer space and a fridge (albeit a small one). The bathroom was lovely with lovely shower curtains (double liner ones) - a nice long counter with the sink - so plenty of space and complimentary quality toiletries - coffee making facilities there with biscotti snacks. Breakfast was good with lots of choice - cereal, eggs, fruit, yoghurt etc with a good number of tables - tea/coffee was available in the room all day/night. There was a lovely pool area which unfortunately we didn't have time to use and plenty of free parking. To top this off, it was only about 5 minutes drive to Sonoma Plaza - a beautiful place to visit.

    Fantastic hotel.
Absolutely loved our stay. We got a good rate for a Sunday evening. Would have loved to have spent Saturday there too but it was 3x more expensive so we had to stay in Rohnent park which was awful. The rooms were lovely at El Pueblo and had all the small touches that make your stay special and more like a boutique hotel. The pool was also lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

Comfortable and clean room. Front desk very helpful. Lovely fresh breakfast items from local bakery. Room was a little dated, and situated some distance from the centre (20 minute walk/~1 mile)

    Happy to stay again...
A very quiet and reasonable alternative to pricey Sonoma hotels or cookie cutter motels. Many amenities. Spacious room + dressing area, lovely interior garden, good-size swimming pool, nice furnishings and high quality feather pillows! Breakfast included tasty fresh fruit, quiche, hard-boiled eggs plus regular continental fare. Easy access to main part of Sonoma (5 min) but being away from the traffic was a plus.
