Bad breakfast experience
Room was ok but breakfast wasn’t a pleasant experience. Short staffed when the hotel was full caused problems in not cleaning tables, no cups, sooons, glasses, milk, not a great start. On top of this I ordered poached eggs and was told there was a 30 minute wait. The eggs then arrived 2 mins later and were hard and stone cold and obviously been sat there for a while in the kitchen

Helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant offered a great selection of healthy food - would recommend the evening buffet lots of Meze type salads and dips and traditional food. The roof top pool was a welcome addition and the room was a generous size. This was a working visit for me and the restaurant manager was happy to allow me to hold one to one meetings during the day as the Costa Coffee facility has only one table and four chairs. This hotel is within a 20 minute drive of Dubai International airport approx 65 UAE.
