From the moment I walked in, I found the exquisite design and architecture to be calming and enticing. At check-in, Paul was professional, personable, insightful, and gave us a warm welcome. He was also helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect time in Paris. We also took time to enjoy the lobby bar in the evenings where the cocktails are perfect. In the mornings, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had fresh cheeses, fresh meats, warm breads, yogurts, and coffee. Pierre served us at breakfast each morning, and he was attentive and thoughtful. In addition to all this, the roof deck view is breathtaking. I will absolutely be returning to this property on my next trip to Paris.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location - close to metro, restaurants, bars and easy access to all the sites. The entire hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Paul who checked us in. We got a free upgrade to a terrace room with a view of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. The room was tiny, but I was prepared for that. Wish I could have taken the bed and pillows home with me. All were perfect and I slept great.
