Excellent stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were so lovely and their home cooked breakfast was delicious! The property is central to everything and so many options near the property to eat! Rye beach is at the end of the road! Although the weather was a mixed bag we absolutely loved our stay! This is the best b and b my daughter and I have ever stayed at. We were in the garden room which has its own private garden with beautiful plants and ferns. The bathroom has a spa bath which is pure luxury! The breakfast is to die for. The hosts are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be returning
