Staff were amazingly helpful. Rooms also came with a mobile phone which we took out and used to hotspot our own phones, couldn’t have navigated Hong Kong without it.

Great location - better than average room size
Great location in the heart of Wanchai. This is a comfortable hotel with slightly larger rooms than some others in the area. Reception friendly and efficient. I didn't use the bar as the choice in the area is good. Would stay again

Hotel was in a good location in Wan Chai, room was clean comfortable and nicely decorated, as well as being really quiet. Bathroom the same, very clean and comfortable. Communal areas looked tired and dated though. Staff were a mixed bag, when I arrived at 8am I was disappointed I couldn’t get in to my room until 2 but appreciated my request for an early check in couldn’t be guaranteed, but reception staff seemed to react quite coldly when I asked to use w courtesy room or bathroom to freshen up after w 12 hour red eye flight. Breakfast was good, although no cover on the scrambled eggs (which tasted great) meant these were stone cold. Fix this and breakfast would be perfect. Overall a good stay, but a couple of improvements would make this an excellent stay.
