Beautiful Hotel within lovely grounds, peaceful and relaxing. Staff were all professional, smiley and helpful, cannot fault them. No fighting for space by the pool or the lawned area with plenty of space around you. Bike hire was great way to get out to explore. Rovinji town was so beautiful to look at, lovely places to eat & drink, something going on in the Piazza every night. Lovely harbour. The whole place is so clean you feel you could eat straight off the floor! Very safe place too.

Host was really helpful and picked us up from the car park. A lovely terrace with a wonderful view.

Facilities are good and varied. The setting is beautiful. Rovinj is a nice base. The hotel is good value in many ways. Minor issues: We booked a superior triple room, sea facing with one double and one single bed. On arrival we were allocated a room without any view at all and it turned out that in all triple rooms the third bed is a sofa bed (and quite a hard one). We moved to a room with a lovely sea view the next day, but the room description on Expedia could have been more accurate.

The property was absolutely amazing! Most of the staff speak great English and were very friendly and attentive The property was very clean and well laid out, we stayed in one of the chalets and it was top notch: there was a complimentary fruit bowl, robes, slippers, beach bags, the lot! The garden was also very nice There were hammocks and beds laid out on the grass for hotel guests, loungers by the pool and outside seating. When we wanted to leaves the main hotel, we were within walking...

We travel a lot every year, mostly cruises, but this hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. From the moment we got to the hotel we were totally relaxed. The lobby bar area is spacious and comfortable with a pianist/band playing music every night. Nothing loud just nice atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. All fully air-conditioned with tv. What more could anyone want? The gardens are tidy with hammocks to relax in amongst the trees, lots of lovely...

We arrived later in the evening and found entry and key collection easy. A beautiful room that felt calm and fresh and inviting. Clean and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. Fantastic location, overlooking the harbour. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The food was excellent and the whole town a delight to walk round. Could not fault it. Brilliant holiday and will definitely come back again for more.

It is a medieval building - how fantastic is that! Being so old, there are a one or two things which are not quite up to modern standards but apart from the weirdness of having a free-standing bath in the bedroom, the room was cool, clean, comfortable and very large. The best asset of this hotel is Stefano, the manager. He is possibly the most helpful, welcoming host of any hotel I’ve stayed in. He really made us feel at home. This was our first time in Porec and we were very pleased with hotel Excellent central location to places to eat and marina. The hotel is small but the rooms are very clean and modern Breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly and very helpful We would be happy to return and recommend to our friends😍

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The buffet was amazing with large varieties of food and even containing vegan + vegetarian options. The hotel is very close to the sea, though distances differ depending on your room number. There were many enjoyable evening activities, both for adults and for children. We recommend this hotel!

Third visit to San Rocco and had a wonderful time. Great food and the friendliest staff. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
