We stayed at cliff ocean view villa ( free upgrade ) with stunning view. The interior of the villa is exquisite with awesome infinity pool. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. One of the best resorts in Bali.

Breath taking property! We got a two bedroom pool villa! The villa was huge with a fantastic view of the Indian ocean! They spoil you with a bunch of cute amenities in the villa. The even turn down service is awesome. They have about 3 restaurants for dinner and 1 for lunch. The food was great! The breakfast buffet spread had a lot of variety and also catered to vegetarians. Overall loved the property, spa and the end to end experience. Will visit again for sure if I go to Bali!

We found 2 cockroach in the first night, the staffs are tense when heard about it and deep cleaning as I requested. However, you can feel the housekeeping is very lazy afterwards, sometimes, they don't collect those used towels though we put in their basket and they never give me more amenities though we have a kid. And we don't like those knitted sofa, you can feel dirty and insects on it. You will not expect the housekeeping will keep it clean. For: The location and view of the hotel is excellent, the design of the villa and main pool is good, each villa have jacuzzi next to the pool and comfort to swim at night. Those foods are good taste. Against: The housekeeping and the other services are not good, only few of the staffs in kids club and restaurant are helpful with good passion. The facilities in villa is old and should be renovated. The beach is far away, you need to up and down with 120 steps and better ask their staff to escort as many monkeys around. And no support in the beach as that's a public beach, no food, no towels, one staff.
