Well located, friendly staff and family room was a good size. Food in adjoining pub was nice & good value. Breakfast fine if you’re having something cooked but continental option was limited with yogurt, cereal & pastries however fruit was old and not fresh and no muffins, (as advertised). Rooms were very dated decor and the mattresses are well in need of replacement as feels like you are sleeping in a hole. Parking free which is a bonus compared to some hotels. Cheaper than other local options but has pros & cons. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless rooms were updated.

2nd visit to this hotel...and same room as I enjoyed it so much last time. And won't be last visit. My room felt and smelled like it had been cleaned from top to bottom before I arrived. Everything is spotless right down to inside of kettle. There are parts that are worn but for the price I overlook them. Staff are beyond helpful and friendly. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and these guys are top tier...in fact...Number 1!! Amenities in room and around hotel are very good. Parking is plentiful. Local shops and fast food, supermarkets and garages for petrol and snacks. Easy access to motorways and A roads. Quick access to city and beaches.

The staff were lovely. That is the big point. Also having the soft play and bar next door. Food was great. The place and rooms were just tired and dated. Everything creaked. The bed was quite uncomfortable. I liked the size of the room though. 2 singles and a double. Worked great for me and my 2 kids. Liked the fact parking was free. Probably won’t be back as it was quite expensive for the state of the place.

Really impressed with this Hotel. Definetely would not hesitate to stay again. From when we first arrived the staff were very helpful and went over and beyond to offer great customer service. If only all hotels were like this hotel. Definetely deserve to win a Tourism Awards for this area. As for the room, the word 'Wow' comes to mind! We heard no noise at all despite there being a wedding function on.
