Lovely hotel. Only issue was when showering the whole bathroom floor was flooded. I had to throw my slippers away as they were soaked.

Nice room we were upgrade to deluxe not much different to the normal room we booked just a little bigger and black wallpaper not to my taste. The room could do with some instructions on how to use the facilities IE coffee machine and the lamps we touch which we didn’t know about

Good clean, modern hotel near Waterloo station.
H10 is located 5 minutes walk from Waterloo station. Checkin was efficient and we received a room on the 11th floor with a great view of the City as requested. The room is modern and equipped with most items as you would expect. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quite clean. Adequete coffee and tea facilities. We did not have breakfast as the hotel wanted £38. We got breakfast in a cafe nearby for £20. Tesco and Sainsburys in 5 minutes walk away. Checkout was 12.00 whcih suited our requirements.
