Nice room with a wiew over the garden and all the way to the sea, 4 th floor. Good aircondition, breakfast was okey. Good service. We were missing hooks for towels in bathroom and maybe to few sunbeds at the pool. Overall a very nice hotel.

Lovely hotel and hotel garden, room was clean and light- we had one with a small balcony. Air conditioning not needed as nights and days not super hot. Only disappointment was that the spa is at an extra charge. Breakfast nice, dinner good variety of food choices with a French touch for a good price!

The hotel and gardens are a perfect setting, close to all you want in Menton. Pool and spa was is a bonus as rare in Menton. Unfortunately our room 430 was not the best, it overlooked the railway and was very small, other rooms in the hotel looked more inviting and would give you a more relaxed stay. Our air conditioning was not working and temperatures were 39 degrees. Reception staff were friendly but could not accommodate us to another room. This did rather spoil our visit as we dreaded going back to our room. The access corridors could do with a refresher as they felt clinical. The other areas of the hotel were very good, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and not packed even though the hotel was full.

Alot of people book this hotel for the pool. However, nowhere does it say to bring your own towel. Any hotel with pool should offer towels to guests. I stayed in a superior room which was decent but my family members were given much smaller rooms in an annex building where they had to go up and down stairs with a toddler and a stroller. The management lied about the rooms being toddler friendly and lied about having space to add a kid’s bed. They also « ran out » of shower gel and shampoo for the entire stay, leaving guests with soap bars only. The breakfast buffet was not appetizing, unfortunately. There is only one elevator in the main building to accommodate 4 floors, which made guests often take the stairs. There are alot of negatives I do not need to state, and this is a hotel that’s been recently renovated. I think the problem is with upper management. Some positive points: nice gardens, quiet location offset from the streets but close to the markets, kind cleaning ladies…

Few freah fee. Minor issue and otherwise it was lovely! Pool is very small so enough for now in off-season but I imagine during summer impossible. But rare to have one so ok. There could be a few bences in the lovely garden though! Just a few to sit in peace & quiet beneath the trees. Final point, the shades in the terrace could be open also if not that hot as it would look more inviting . Closed off shades look invite to sit. So more esthetic than functional.

Beautiful hotel with gardens near tain sation

Lovely hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station, you walk among a beautiful garden before you reach the hotel itself. The hotel is very nice, friendly staff, my garden view room was very nice, no issues with anything. The breakfast was very good. I would stay again for sure.

Great value stay

We just stayed for the night on the way to another destination. The value was good for the quick stay. Close to the train, we had a high floor with a nice view, and the front desk staff spoke multiple languages helping the experience be more engaging since we didn’t speak French. The place was dated, but for the price of wasn’t something that bothered us. We were on an anniversary trip and they were kind enough to leave a little gift in the room which was appreciated.
