O hotel fica num local lindo e super arborizado. Os quartos estão passando por reforma, então, devem melhorar num futuro breve. A piscina poderia ter algum sistema de aquecimento pra quebrar o gelo porque foi inviável o uso mesmo com Sol. Refeições não são o ponto forte.

Equipe de funcionários muito boa. Destaque para a equipe do jardim. Muito bem cuidado. Alimentação sofrível. Raramente vc come algo quente. Filas imensas para tudo. Bebidas fracas para o nível do hotel. Apenas um tipo de cerveja. Tinha uma marca de chope que acabou em 2 dias. Bar da piscina e da praia só funcionam entre 10 e 17h. O frezer da cerveja fica trancado. Para pegar uma dose de whisky era no mínimo 15 min de fila. Apenas 1 rapaz fazendo coquetéis e servindo. Frigobar so colocam 5 mini refrigerante, 2 águas com gás e 2 garrafas de 1,5l de água. Refrigerante do hotel só em 2 máquinas. Tb somente entre 10 e 17h. Em um dos dias o refrigerante era somente garrafa pet. Sofrível serviço all inclusive. Não recomendo

Boa localização, a 20 minutos de carro do centro da cidade. O quarto, na ala norte, era antigo, precisando de reforma. A recepcionista informou que apenas a ala sul foi reformada. A praia é tranquila, sem ondas e muito integrada ao resort. A piscina é grande. No fim da tarde há muitos mosquitos entre a piscina e a praia. Necessário usar repelente. A limpeza de algumas áreas comuns não é tão boa. Vimos sujeiras na escada de acesso aos quartos que permaneceram lá por todos os dias. E havia um elástico de cabelo de algum hóspede anterior no box do chuveiro do quarto. Há muita opção de comida em todas as refeições, mas nem tudo é de grande qualidade. Durante a estadia, tivemos direito de utilizar uma vez um restaurante à la carte com reserva. O atendimento foi caótico, mesmo com pouco mais da metade das mesas ocupadas.
