We stayed for 4 days. No toothpaste and toothbrush, bath soap, disposable slippers. TV is out of order. I was told to complain to the agent. Bathroom and wall is dirty. Not enough blankets for 3 adults they gave us Only 2. Too thin and dirty towels we have to buy our own towels across the street. No drinking water. The money we paid for Pesos 33,386 (SGD 756) is not worth it. Need improvement or renovation.

Worst hotel to stay in Singapore! Dirty and facilities are terrible not worth the price, you will be ripped off. They are charging you for something not worth staying for it it's value. They have TV, but doesn't even work at all. Family room, but too small and inconvenient. The pictures online are definitely deceiving!!! Don't ever book here, you will be doomed.

You get what you pay for

It is cheap for a reason - desk staff are not friendly or helpful at all, the rooms are dank and musty, and pillows have not been changed for decades. The cleaning staff seem to do their best in poor conditions.
