We had a great stay at this hotel. Good service, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious. Only thing which could have been better was the breakfast which we found below average.

The hotel was wonderful. There were a few families that let their children roam the halls unsupervised, but other than that, we enjoyed our short stay.

Missed opportunity to impress
The desk clerk missed a golden opportunity to impress my family of 3. We reserved a room for a lengthy stay of five nights, yet he put us in a room facing the parking lot over the entryway. If he were using a great customer service mindset, he would have offered the best room for a 5 night stay. Beyond that, the hotel was extremely clean, kudos to the hardworking staff.
