We had a nice stay. The hotel was clean and had a great location. It was easy to go to the center and enjoy sightseeing.

Disappointing Hotel
Check in was fine but the room was poor. Damp smelling and the bed had a plastic mattress cover which was very uncomfortable. Also the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor! The air conditioning could not be regulated so the room was too hot. We will not be staying there again-not up to the standard of other Novotels.

Stay Away from this area
Bad area especially night time. Loud music from the club nearby until 2am. Hotel is overall ok but the location and the soundproofing is poor.

Very noisy
While the room itself was a good size and the bed was pretty comfortable, there was a lot of noise issues! Could hear the people in the hallway (at 3am) clear as day, and could also hear the people in the rooms next door pretty loudly. Was also woken up at 1am by a club next door, with music that lasted until 5am that could be heard very loudly through earplugs!! Overall, hard place to sleep due to the noise. The hotel itself it also located pretty centrally near a big train station, so because of that, the area was a dirty and sketchy. However, it was within walking distance to the Grand Place, which was where we spent the majority of our time.
