The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best. We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay. We have been to a few other Grecotels and this was by far the most disappointing.

This place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great. The bus stop is right out front and will take you around for a few euros. The only thing is our WiFi in our room didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed during our 4 night stay.

Have only given 3 stars as the vegetarian options at the buffet were aleays cold and despite telling the staff about this, nothing changed. We also asked for our meals at the a la carte restaurants to be booked for 7pm as had a 10 month old with us who needed to be put to bed at 8.30pm every night. So were i cresivky disappointed when told on our penultimate night that the greek a la carte had been booked for 8.30pm. Obviously we wouldnt have requested this time, so were disappointed when they told us that we had and couldnt accommodate us at any other time, meani g that another cold dinner at the buffet jad to be endured. Please also note that the 'mountain view' rooms actually overlook a busy road, so would be better asvertised as 'road view'

It was close to nearby shops and had its own shop as well that sold most items for tourists. Meals in the main restaurant were reasonable but not 5* Reception staff were slow at check in, I was offered rooms close together, as requested, then told I would have to pay another 300 Euros for one night! Our initial meet and greet young lady was very good
