Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Center
Great Hotel & Location
Stayed here for a long weekend in order to catch a gig at the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and it was excellent. Reception were superb allowing us to check in as early as 10:30am and allocating a quiet room on the sixth floor on request. There there is also a great underground car park where you can leave the car and forget it for the weekend (£13 per day). The location is very convenient in the " Baltic Triangle " - close to the Albert Dock and only a few minutes walk away from the City centre shops, bars and restaurants at Paradise Street and Bold Street. There is also a great real Ale pub practically next door called the Baltic Fleet which I can highly recommend! The included breakfast was adequate (buffet style as is the custom in H by H Hotels) and once again the staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Briefly used the fitness suite on the Mezzanine floor after I returned from my Sunday morning run and was impressed with the facilities for what is really a small hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely re-book on any return to Liverpool.

Poor breakfast
Check in quick and room clean and comfortable. Stay was fine apart from breakfast which was extremely poor and breakfast area extremely crowded and busy. Would much rather have paid for a breakfast in a local restaurant.

I stayed here just for the night with friends. Overall it was very clean, comfy beds and spacious room. I had previously read about the wardrobe doors turning into the bathroom door however I didn’t find this a problem even with it being slightly strange. My downside was having to wait 20 minutes for food at breakfast. I understand there is a busy period however got there as warm food had just ran out to then have to wait 20 minutes for more to arrive.
