Kædelig indrettet ,mangler hygge og roligt område ved lobbyen (der var konstant spillet høj musik,decideret støj). Overfyldt morgenmad restaurant,hvor personalet kunne ikke følge med at fylde op i ren service og frisk mad. Man skulle vente på ledig bord hver dag,personalet var ikke i stand til at rengøre den ordentligt grundet travlhed. Hotellet mangler ladeplads til el bil,selv om der bliver skrevet på hotellet hjemmeside samt på Booking og Hotels. Parkering kaos .Parkering på hotellet koster ca 23 euro per døgn. Spa område overfyldt af skrigende børn ,som fik lov til benytte både bobblebad og sauna.Hotellet sælger klippekort til Spa til gæster ud fra.Rigtigt ærgerligt, at gæster der bor på hotellet ikke bliver prioriteret. Buffet til aftensmad under alt kritik. Både dyrt 119 zl og fatig i udvalget. Varme retter var kolde og kædelig. Rengøring på det jævne. Vi skulle selv vaske vores glas og kopper på værelset. Beliggenhed tæt vedmeget travle tog station og trafikeret vej trækker ned. Ingen luksus, jeg havde forventet lidt mere, taget i betragtning af at hotellet har 5 stjerner.

Zum Frühstück nur künstliche Saft-/Wassermischungen und der Kaffee bestand aus Instant - zumindest hat es so geschmeckt. Das ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie in meinen Augen ein absolutes NO GO. Schade, daher hat das Frühstück einen insgesamt schönen Aufenthalt etwas heruntergezogen. Ansonsten ist noch der "Bademeister" negativ aufgefallen. Man musste mit ihm um jedes Handtuch kämpfen, z.B. wenn an eines für die Sauna und eines zum Abtrocknen brauchte. Die Aussicht ist leider auch nicht so schön. Vor dem Eingang ist ein vergammelter Parkplatz und in Richtung Strand ein heruntergekommenes Kurgebäude.

Kleiner Wellness-Bereich, Schwimmbad öffnet entgegen von Angaben bei Hotels.com erst um 9 Uhr, damit ist ein Schwimmen vor dem Frühstück nicht möglich, Zimmer und Bad sehr groß. Bett mit sehr weicher Matratze. Sehr freundliches Personal Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Haus, sondern maximal 4 Sterne.
