The hotel is very nice and the front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. However, the rooms need attention. The floor carpets are very dirty, the doors are damaged, the AC unit filter was covered in dust. Beds were very clean though. The hotel needs to renovate the rooms. Excellent location in centre of Madrid. Parking is a public car park next to hotel which is very tight for a large car and costs €33 for the night. Room very comfortable and roof top terrace is great for a drink and meal which was good quality.
