Quite a unique hotel in the centre of a beautiful Cotswolds town. Lovely outdoor seating areas you can use year-round. Our superior double room was very spacious, stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Set back from the main road, we could not hear any traffic noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had both breakfast and an evening meal in the hotel and we were pleased with the menu, quality of ingredients and helpful staff in accomodating my food intolerances.

Great location in Tetbury, paid parking nearby or free out front 6pm-9am. Staff were incredibly friendly. The decor everywhere was lovely, the floorboards in our room, above and below were quite loud and could hear other guests for a while at night. We found The Ormond as a stopover on our way home from Cornwall and didn’t realise how lovely it would be, we’ll definitely be returning specifically to visit the hotel and local area again

Helpful friendly staff breakfast excellent however hotel let down by poor maintenance .cracked mirror in bathroom .waterstained and chipped enamel bath stain panel to front of bath,torn floor covering,etc etc Sash window in bedroom was held up with block of wood which fell out from first floor level and narrowly miss a member of staff Despite this we still enjoyed the stay but poor value due to all of the maintenance and housekeeping issues

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The room needed some tlc- the shower had been leaking in the corner so it was a bit of a mess. The bathroom smelt a bit off so I suspect there was a seal which needed replacing. The bottom of the white net curtains were actually black so they definitely need a wash.

Had a lovely overnight stay. Got a really good deal and the room was really lovely. Everything you need and really nicely kitted out. We were in the new looking rooms at the back of the hotel. Really pretty little outside seating areas for each room with gorgeous planting and tables and chairs. Perfect for a glass of wine from the bar in the evening and a coffee in the morning given the lovely weather.. We would have tried the restaurant if we were staying longer. Would def come back and stay again. A really lovely surprise for the money.

Just returned from a weekend stay with my partner. We were in one of the garden rooms - ground floor. Room was modern, clean and nicely decorated with air con. Bathroom had a double walk in shower which was a bonus. Comfy bed although only complaint is this was two singles pushed together The bar was nice for an evening drink and staff friendly Didn’t eat a meal here so can’t comment on food but did order a sandwich for lunch which was pleasant enough Excellent location - on high street and shops / cafes / restaurants all close by I think overall good value for money and would stay again if in Tetbury

Room 25 at the end of the courtyard was newly refurbished and very tastefully done. Staff were very pleasant and efficient as was breakfast. The only comment I would make is, if you are utilising super-king size beds, (which is great), you really ought to provide super-king size duvets to properly cover them! Apart from that, the hotel is very centrally located but has no parking on site and the free parking is 10 minutes walk away down quite a steep hill.

We wanted to stay in the center of Tetbury and within the walking distance to all, and we found this perfect boutique hotel. It’s very clean and the bed was so comfortable. After a long day, you can have a nice drink at their bar or just an outdoor seating. We had dinner, and it was delicious. All their staffs were professional and friendly. As picky as I am, I was happy with this place.

This was a nice stay during a heatwave. So was warm in the room but that was expected. Room was spacious and well furnished. En-suite was large as well. Very well situated for exploring the town. We used the free long-term car park which also has some picnic tables and is right beside the old rail shed which is a tourist attraction in itself. The hotel bar was nice as well!!
