The only complaint is about the wi-fi. It would connect but not have internet access. I called the front desk and was told that too many people were trying to use it at the same time. Not an acceptable answer. However, everything else about my stay was fantastic, so I haven't docked any points in my review.

This was the worst Country Inn & Suites we’ve ever stayed at. The room was dirty, hair in the shower, no linens for the sleeper sofa, and the office chair was horrible...like falling apart horrible! I tried calling the front desk for linens and to express my concern and no one answered. Finally walked down and there were 3 young ladies at the desk, all chatting and on their cell phones. It was as if I was interrupting and bothering them when I asked for linens. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.

The first room we were given smelled of smoke and was supposed to be non-smoking and the couch cushion was torn to pieces. They were very nice and switched our room. Hotel just needs some work.

The hotel seemed run-down. Our door was scratched and peeling paint. Carpets were old, matted, and rippling in places. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lack-luster.

Never got my email receipt as promised. Also the printer was down and couldnt get a hard copy. BS $50 incidental fee that has to be credited back 3-5 days later? Ive travelled all my life and never had that happen. I dont use incidentals, and dont want you using my money for 1 day or anytime! Coffee was cold. Desk gal said "I dont drink coffee" what?

The pool was small, there was no towels by the pool both times we went to the pool. The phone by the pool to call the front desk doesn’t work so you had to use your cell phone to call to ask for towels. I was upset that I booked two rooms together and they made them separate reservations so then our rooms were not next to each other.

The customer service was terrible. Our check in time was 3pm and we weren’t able to check in until after 6 because they said our room wasn’t ready. Then when we went to check out I asked for a receipt and they didn’t have paper for the printer. And only the lady at night was the only one that was nice. Everyone else could have cared less.
