Family feel to this hotel
We only had one night at the Kalinago however all the staff we met were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and well-maintained and it allowed us to relax after our hectic day of travelling.

The beach that Kalinago resort is on, is beautiful and secluded, and the hotel overall is satisfactory, however I just found everywhere needed updating. The room was extremely dark/dingy due to the decor, and the restaurant had extremely limited options for food and seemed to be quite ovepriced for what was on offer. If you're driving, it isn't as much of an issue as there are plenty of surrounding restaurants, and as the beach is where you'd spend a majority of your time, the room isn't as important.

Exactly as we had hoped for in a 3* hotel. Staff were friendly and good and everywhere was well maintained. Would have spent time around pool if there was shade but happy to use trees on beach. Would have preferred paper receipt of spending at restaurants and bar. Everything else fine, especially beach BBQs.

Staff generally seemed resentful I was there. Service seemed to be testing me... In cuttingly aggressive FU postures. In fairness, a few people engaged in a welcoming and gracious way. The bar plays music so loud you will be part of that. Moments of unexpected delight also materialize here. I was seated on the beach to experience the magic as the surf nibbled at the chair

The staff was not friendly. Staff seemed irritated that we were there requesting services such as a cocktail or meal. Extremely slow service, restaurant was to open at 7 but not ready to seat us until 730, and then coffee by 8. We are happy glass half full type, same comments from other guests. Will not stay here again

Great views of the beach. It was a very unfriendly environment for children; only one discolored and dirty looking high chair was available and no cutlery suitable for use by children. The back view of the property was in disrepair and looked like a junky. Service in the restaurant was slow and staff were not professionally dressed or seemed energetic. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Great location rooms are clean. Service is very slow not a lot extra goes into it. Rooms are great easy taxi ride to grande Anse beach. Wouldn't recommend the all inclusive package for a place to sleep and close to beach it’s great.
